Nicholas Earls
Nick brings to the PWN team over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been involved in all phases of real estate investment and development, including construction, residential and commercial sales, investment, zoning analysis, interior design, property management, and contracting. His vertical understanding of the industry gives him a holistic perspective that guides each of PWN's investments. He is also very involved with his local community and supports groups working toward fair housing practices and affordable housing. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Eric DiNicola
Eric has a background in real estate sales and financial and cost engineering, giving PWN a leg up when it comes to properly budgeting projects and keeping costs low, while still providing the highest quality and most efficient materials required to construct homes for Boston residents. Eric holds PWN’s construction team to a high standard when it comes to green engineering and sustainability, and supports the need to provide energy efficient housing for the next generation and lowering the company’s carbon footprint on each construction project. He supports new green energy initiatives such as the passive house program and has worked closely with net zero construction for multi-family housing.
Kyle Staal
With over a decade of experience in marketing, customer relations, and team management in the technology sector, Kyle’s experience in client outreach gives him a unique skillset for the real estate industry. He has leveraged those skills to master the art of off market deal prospecting, investor outreach, and broker networking, resulting in many significant new projects being sourced. He is also responsible for managing our network of investors.
