Nicholas Earls
Founder
Nick brings to the PWN team over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been involved in all phases of real estate investment and development, including construction, residential and commercial sales, investment, zoning analysis, interior design, property management, and contracting. His vertical understanding of the industry gives him a holistic perspective that guides each of PWN's investments. He is also very involved with his local community and supports groups working toward fair housing practices and affordable housing. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Eric DiNicola
Director of Development
Eric is in charge of managing and overseeing all of the Firm’s mutifamily and commercial development activity, both private and public. This includes everything from sourcing and procuring deals, designing and hiring, managing interns, architects, engineers, and contractors, to setting up and executing on successful exits and repositions. With a background in financial engineering, Eric gives PWN a leg up when it comes to properly budgeting projects and keeping costs low, while still providing the highest quality products and most efficient materials required to develop sustainable assets in markets like Boston. Eric holds PWN’s construction team to a high standard, and understands exactly what various stakholders, such as local advocacy groups or politicians, will stand behind when presenting projects and working through entitlements.
Kyle Staal

With over a decade of experience in marketing, customer relations, and team management in the technology sector, Kyle’s experience in client outreach gives him a unique skillset for the real estate industry. He has leveraged those skills to master the art of off market deal prospecting, investor outreach, and broker networking, resulting in many significant new projects being sourced. He is also responsible for managing our network of investors.
